PARTS Our UK Assembly Plant provides a comprehensive parts store and delivery service. Foton UK keep parts for tractor models at least 10 years after the particular model has been phased out. SERVICES Foton tractors are put through a rigorous pre – delivery inspection at our UK Assembly plant within 72 hours of the date of delivery. Although Foton customers enjoy the benefits of highly reliable and hard working machines, owners can extend the life of their tractors through regular maintenance and service. Our team of highly trained technicians are equipped to service and repair at the tractor at the service intervals of the specific model of tractor. WARRANTY At Foton we offer a comprehensive warranty and support program for all our tractor models. Foton UK will repair or replace any part covered under warranty that is found to be defective during that period. The Foton tractor range allows a choice and flexibility of warranty, unique to the industry, and can be tailored to suit the lightest domestic use to the heaviest commercial service. Warranty coverage is available in three main tiers. Standard – Freely available with all tractors without any additional arrangements being made. Upgrade – This cost option includes standard warranty with the benefit of labour Warranty. Premium – this cost option is a dynamic cover which extends Standard and Upgrade Warranty to include free recovery and free courtesy tractor options. Standard Warranty The Foton Standard Warranty is for unlimited hours covered during the first 12 months. It provides for the free issue of any parts found to be defective within that period. Upgrade Warranty The unlimited hours Standard Warranty can be upgraded to two years cover with Labour as a accost option. Please contact us for further information. Premium Warranty The Premium warranty adds free labour cover to the Standard or Upgrade Warranty and is available on a one or two year cover basis as a cost option at the time of purchase. The Premium cover extends to include a free recovery service and the offer of a courtesy tractor should it be required. Please contact us for further information. WARRANTY COVERAGE All Models – 12 months or 2500 hours, whichever comes first.
