1. What about Parts and Service?

At Foton UK we pride ourselves on our unsurpassed commitment to Customer Service and Aftersales Service and strive to maintain the highest standards in the industry. We stock a complete parts catalogue for all our tractor models dating back for over 10 years. We can also service your tractor when necessary or simply supply you with the parts should you wish to carry out the service yourself. For more information see our Parts and Service page

2. Do I need 2 wheel drive or 4 wheel drive?

Quite simply, the choice will be determined by the terrain which you plan to use the tractor on and the jobs that you require the tractor to do. 4 WD is the most popular choice for hilly and harsher terrain including field work and is certainly recommended should the tractor be fitted with a front end loader or an implement of some weight. 2 WD option would be more suited to grounds care duties with a tighter turning circle, and less weight in the overall tractor means that the 2 WD is kinder to softer turf, lawns etc.

3. Is the tractor Reliable?

Due to the simplicity of the overall design of Foton tractors, they are often more reliable than their big name competitors, as there is less to go wrong. To back this statement up we offer a competitive Warranty package of 12 months or 2500 hours, which ever comes first.

4. What size of tractor should I buy?

This is completely dependent on the work you wish to do with the tractor and the terrain on which you would like to do the work. Contact one of our experienced technicians who would be happy to advise you based on the information that you supply.

5. Can you deliver and can you train me upon delivery?

Foton UK deliver throughout Europe and customers will receive full operational training on the products purchased from one of experienced technicians on point of delivery.
